Now Farmers EC offers you another option, paperless billing, that saves time, money and is even good for
the environment.

The Benefits

One convenient feature of paperless billing is, since you receive your bill by e-mail each month, you will be able to access your bill any time, any place, even if you are out of town. You can even access your bill on your iPhone or Android. When you enroll in paperless billing, each month you will receive an e-mail stating that your bill is ready to to be viewed online. Click on the link, log in to your account and you can view your bill and pay it online. No writing a check or hunting for a stamp.

Another benefit is it’s a secure way for you to receive your bill because it leaves no paper trail of your account. Our site is secure and password protected.

How to enroll in Farmers EC’s paperless billing online:

  1. Log into your personal Farmers EC account by clicking here Account Access or by clicking the "Login/Register" link above (top right).
  2. On the top of the screen, you will find several options. Click on "My Profile", then go to "Update Printed Bill Setting", and then "Turn Off Printed Bills". If you have multiple accounts you will need to follow these steps for each account.
  3. After you "Turn Off Printed Bills" you receive an e-mail confirming that you no longer wish to receive your bill by mail.

Note: You will be responsible for making payments on your account even if you do not receive an e-mail. You will need to ensure your email address is up to date.

Pay Your Bill Automatically

Farmers offers other options besides paperless billing to make bill paying even easier.

  • Online bill payment - You can go to our web site at click the “Account Access” button, log in to your account and pay your bill any time 24 hours a day.
  • Automatic bill payment - You can automatically pay your Farmers EC bill either by bank draft or credit card.

    1. If you would like to have your bill automatically taken out of your bank account, go to , go to My Account -> My Bill Pay -> My Bill Automatic Bill Pay and download Bank Authorization Form. Fill out the form, attach a voided check and mail it or bring it to one of our offices.
    2. If you would like to pay your bill automatically using your credit card, simply log in to your account and click on the “Billing & Payments” at the top of the screen. Then click “Recurring Payments” on the left. On the far right of the screen you will see “Actions” and under that click on “New Recurring Payment” e and add your credit or debit card information. If you need to update your information, you will notice in the center of the screen it says update or cancel.

NOTE: You are responsible for updating your own credit or debit card information.
