Proactive Plan
Pay-as-You-Go
Take charge of your power supply with a proactive, prepaid PowerUP account from Farmers EC. Just like cell phone data plans and streaming services, you can monitor, manage, and recharge your account any time by phone or by using your SmartHub account.

We’re making PowerUP accounts even easier to manage. New tools, like SmartHub and a new automated phone system, are now available to monitor your usage and recharge your account. Account recharges are now displayed as a true credit balance, and are stated as a negative number in SmartHub and on the Cooperative’s automated phone system.
Now More Payment Options
To make it easier to recharge your account, we have authorized MoneyGram Express Pay and Fidelity Express to accept payments. Now you can recharge your account while running errands and have the payment credited to your account the same day.
NOTICE: Fidelity Express and MoneyGram fees are being waived at this time.
Pay by Phone
You can recharge your PowerUp account and check daily account balances from anywhere on the go by calling: 855 940 3942. This is a 24/7 IVR.
Traditional Plan
Month-to-Month
If you’re comfortable paying by the month and can accommodate the higher bills that come with more extreme summer and winter weather, the traditional bill plan might be ideal for you. Billed monthly to reflect the electricity usage for that billing cycle, this option can be paid through SmartHub, bank draft, mail, or phone. When you use the Traditional Bill Plan, you can take advantage of our full array of energy- and money-saving services.

Budget Plan
Averaging Month-to-Month
If you hate surprises or just want a plan that fits with a stable, predictable budget, then our Budget Bill Plan is a great fit. Your payment is an average of the past 11 months plus your current month’s bill. That average determines the amount you’ll be billed each month. You’ll avoid extreme swings during the hottest days of summer and the coldest of winter.
The Budget Bill Plan lets you pay using SmartHub, bank draft, mail, or phone, and you can capitalize on the full range of hassle- and energy-saving services from Farmers EC.
