Farmers Electric Cooperative, Inc. is soliciting turnkey proposals for the engineering, procurement, and construction and ongoing operations and maintenance plans of a utility-scale solar energy generating facility to include an AC-coupled Battery Energy Storage System, and interconnection infrastructure.
